ITINERARY
City Bled, Island on the lake, Castle Start the journey in the main city Ljubljana through the Alps to Alps city Bled, to pure pearl, passing many local villages on the route which introduce you to the local area. When we arriving on Bled we will be starting on the point where we sit on pletna traditional boat made by locals which are only known at Bled. Following the boat ride, you get some time to explore the little island and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area. Following the tour on the top of the rock, from where we will enter into the Castle. The Bled Castle offers the finest view of the Bled island, the town of Bled and of the wider countryside of the Gorenjska region.

Experience the picturesque architecture of the castle and the museum collection, representing the historical development of Bled. On the castle, you will be served with local desert Kremsnita. Tour will be guided into vintgar Gorge walking tour for 2 kilometres. Valley cosily at the foot of the Julian Alps and surrounded by the green forests of Pokljuka and Mežakla.

You will be amazed by natural attraction. The roar of the fettered Radovna river echoes along the 1.600 m long gorge, full of small waterfalls, rapids and erosion potholes where the river briefly slows down its pace. Trails, narrow passages and bridges lead a visitor to the end of the gorge, which is marked by the magnificent, 16 m high waterfall Šum, the highest fluvial waterfall in Slovenia. Warm sweater and sneakers are desirable. Back to Ljubljana. Part of this trip its not included in the case of the snow.
